Kylie Jenner Calls Sister Kim Kardashian’s New 8,000-Square-Foot Closet ‘a Little Bit Offensive’

Kylie Jenner has some critical words to describe the massive closet her sister Kim Kardashian is building at her Hidden Hills home. 

On the Wednesday, Oct. 14 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner joins her sister Kourtney Kardashian for a tour of the ongoing renovations to Kourtney’s home. The project, which Kourtney notes “is not going well,” was initially supposed to take 10 months. But by the time she moves back in, she says, it will have been three years. 

The siblings go on to check on the progress of Kourtney’s kitchen, glam room and “grownup room” as well as multiple new fireplaces she added. The pair then enter Kourtney’s future closet, which prompts a conversation about Kim’s own wardrobe renovations. 
Kourtney, it’s actually the craziest thing I’ve ever seen,” Jenner, 29, says of Kim’s clothing storage space.

“Like, offensive?” Kourtney asks.

“It’s a little bit offensive,” Jenner adds. “I mean, it’s so her, and she has so many things that she doesn’t want to get rid of.”

The episode then cut to previous footage of Kim, 45, touring the progress on her home renovation.

“This entire thing is my closet,” she says as she enters an 8,000-square-foot room filled with construction equipment, noting that there’s also additional room for storage underground. 
I said to my mom, ‘I think I overdid it,’” Kim says.

Kourtney, 47, then pipes in with a confessional: “I don’t need an 11,000 square foot closet, but I just need to get my remodel done.” 

This isn’t the first time fans have been offered a glimpse into the spaces Kim uses to store her fashion collection. 

In a May 2022 episode, the SKIMS mogul shared a glimpse at the massive warehouse that is home to her archive, consisting of an estimated 30,000 pieces from her 15 years in the public eye. 
Every time I look at something, it’s just like a memory,” she said at the time.She added: “I have so much stuff and I’ve had so many different fashion eras… I love seeing all this stuff, so I just wanna see where I’ve been and where I wanna go.”
